There are many parts to a watch movement and they all have a play a part to keep the watch running. No part is great than other.
FOUNDATION
Just like a beehive has to be structurally sound to function. A family has to be the same way. One point/part supports the other, just like a father is considered to be the foundation of the family. A watch movement plays the same role as being the foundation of how time is kept. The word of God is the same way. Just as Jesus is the head of the church, his body (the parts) cannot operate without each other. Everything has a specific time and function/gift in the body and we support one another.
